I bring over two decades of experience in the field of social work to each project. With that comes a non-judgmental attitude (I’ve seen everything), and boat loads of empathy.

Americorps brought Amy-Ellen to Seattle in 1998. After that year of service, she continued working in the field of social work as a care management assistant to older and incapacitated adults. She transitioned to organizing professionally in 2020 with Distance Decluttering (providing virtual home organizing services during the pandemic) and became a Certified Virtual Organizing Professional in the Fall of 2021. Over the years she has organized numerous spaces, working to improve functionality for clients. She believes the first step in any organizing project is decluttering.
Amy-Ellen is livin’ large in a micro studio with a moss ball named Moe.
